UAC pop ups
I disabled this and I still get warnings on half of everything I do. How
about an option to :
1. Annoy the hell out of me.
2. Disable every message and let me do what I want do. It is my computer you
know.

Every boot up I get a balloon down by the clock telling me a startup program
failed to run or something along those lines. Yet it does not give me the
checkbox to disable from popping up again.
