If I restart my PC with Windows Vista x64, it does not seem that it uses a
power plan or a screen saver that I can configure. Any help as to how to set
these up for the default after booting? I want to use a screen saver and
have the PC power off the monitor after a time period.
I can set this up for myself if I stay logged in; however, I can't find how
to set this after boot up - no user yet selected.
