i cant connect to broadband when do not use the adminstrator accou

Dear all,

I want to set up 1 accounts for my family use, they are understand PC too
much. so i wanna open a normal account for them, but when change to the
normal account to login, they cannt connect to broadband service. may I know
what's the promble here?
