Hi Ken,
If you did a clean install with this disk without using the Product Key
rather than a true upgrade from within a qualifying system then you get to
do one of the following:
a) Install it again as an upgrade to the clean install this time using the
Product Key during setup (this is the commonly reported method of bypassing
the need to start from within a qualifying OS, the downside of this is that
you get to install it twice).
b) Start from scratch by installing the the qualifying OS, then upgrading
it.
If the key you received with your disk was supposed to be a full version,
then you need to contact the seller as that isn't what you got.
