DistributedCOM/ERROR 10016

Can some-one please advise as to the correct solution to this problem,iv`e
looked at the online help but when i get to clsid in the registry,i can`t
figure out how to go any further as component services is hidden in vista is
this correct.
There must be an easier solution available,so can some-one please explain it
to me as at the moment i have 1515 of these errors in event log.
