mobile device & storage cards

i have a mobile device and media player is unable to see the storage card.

i have noticed this has been said a few times now but no one seems to be
replying.

does microsoft actually look at this site. do they test their stuff before
being sent out... i know there are thousands of variations but i thought this
would have beena simple one to spot..

the active sync 4.5 beta worked perfectly now microsoft have screwed with it
again and it isnt working.

is there any work around or a time frame to when this will be fixed...
shame that when you spend lots of time and money on a new system you
actually seem to go backwards...
