RE: sleep
Not all motherboards handle sleep well even though they are suppose to be
ACPI conpliant. I had four computers with NForce 2 chipset motherboards, two
from Biostar and two from MSI. The Biostar motherboards would not wake up
like your computer and the MSI boards fuctioned fine. The computer were
nearly identical otherwise. So maybe you have a bad mobo.
