no sound from Tv Tuner

how can i make to have sound from tv tuner into Line in from sound card ?

With the new written audio stack quite possibly you can't. Any tuner using
the old audio tuner out to SC line in I would doubt is even supported by
vista in any form, that form is hardly "classic", more like "fossilized".
