You do have a 6200 with 128MB of onboard memory and not a 600TC card with
32MB onboard which can support up to 128MB using shared memory correct?
Also in your BIOS have you disabled the onboard graphics chip or set it to
not be the primary chip?
Have you checked in device manager for the current status of the graphics
adapters?

I don't think it's a driver issue. I have that card in my Acer Tablet, and
the display issues were largely hammered out between the betas and the RC.
When I did try installing Vista Ultimate RTM it was one of the few things
that didn't fail.
