Tripplite Power Alert and Vista

I'm using the Tripplite Power Alert software with my UPS and was wondering
if anyone has tried to use it with Vista. There's nothing on their site
about it and I've emailed them also.

I have a Tripp-lite UPS device and recently upgraded to Vista Professional edition. The Tripp-lite software is not compatible and does not function in Vista. Hopefully Tripp-lite will correct this problem in the near future with a patch.

Yeah bob, yip fred, nothng seems to have been produced from tripplites
side. have downloaded every driver and installed and uninstalled :cry: !
I have sent a few mails myself and am starting to wonder about going
back to my supplier and asking a refund, as when i bought the systems
and OS no one advised as to the UPS not working.
