Someone know where i can found them?

ati.com, or your OEM, use the XP drivers.

You need to contact ATI, but it looks like they consider
this an obsolete GPU. I don't see a listing for it in their
driver download section.

Since you are obviously talking about a laptop video card, go to the makers
of your laptop's website. That is where you will find the drivers.
