new Canon scanner drivers

New drivers for vista x86/x64 for some Lide and all canoscan xx00F series.
Finally!!!!

The XP drivers for the Lide worked anyway, but thanks for the heads up..

My Canon scanner is the last remaining piece of hardware I have to get
working with Vista.

Got my 4200F and 8400F drivers from Canon's canadian site (
http://www.canon.ca/english/index-customersupport.asp ) so they should be on
the US site as well.
