Vista RTM problem with USB port replicator: devices not listed

The problem is only on Vista, with XP Pro all right.
I have a D-Link DUB-H7. If I connect a USB device (I've made test with pen
drive, bigger disk and small disk) on this port replicator a I can't see the
icon to Safely Remove Hardware; if I force windows (RunDll32.exe
shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll) no device are listed. If I connect
the device directly to the port, I have the icon and I can Safely Remove the
Hardware. I can't remember if I have made this test on beta program, but I
beleave thath run on beta (I'm not sure ...).
Suggestions ?
