No. You would need Vista x64 drivers, and they must be signed drivers.

Not 32-bit drivers, but in many cases a signed driver that works with the
x64 version of XP Professional will also work in the x64 version of Vista
(just don't expect Vista-specific bells and whistles ¡X but then again don't
be surprised if you get a few!).
