You could try one of the detectors that helps you find out. Here's one
that costs $29.95 but I think there are free ones as well.

According to a search at www.google.com VEN_1102&DEV_7003 is
a Creative Game Port. I would suspect you either have a
game port on your motherboard or a plug-in card that needs
Vista drivers.
