Run MemTest86 to test the memory.
if MemTest86 detects a ton of errors, there could be issues with either a
bad stick of ram, or a compatibility issue with the ram used together or the
ram and the motherboard.

MemTest86 is a free download that you can burn to CD (ISO), or put on a
Floppy.
