Windows Mobile for Motto Q
I did not realize Vista would not use Activesync. I was told they now use
Windows Mobile for the Motto Q in order to sync my information. I was told
that I just need to download Windows Mobile. Everytime I try to download, I
get an error. I have pasted the error below, because I have no idea what it
means. I feel like I have wasted my money. I have a hard enough time with
Vista, now I can't get it to sync with my phone. Everyone wants me to pay
them, to tell me how to fix a problem on products that I bought from them.
It is very frustrating. Here is the error:

Could not write value ClSID to key \SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Extensions\{2EAF5BB1-070F-11D-9307-00C04FAE2D4F}. Verify that you
have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Please help!
