Is this PCI card compatible with Vista? I installed Vista but then the dual
screen didnt work, whats wrong?

There are no Vista drivers for your card available on the ATI Website.

No, it is not compatible with Vista. Very, very too old. Only Standard VGA
support will work with it, no multi-monitor, no Aero, etc.
