Cant install argus dc 1088 camera driver on vista

I have a gatway gt5432 that came with vista home premimum i boughta argus
cammera dc-1088 and have tried to install it with theprovided software
however it does not work. I downloaded themost current driver from the
website and itgive me the message There is not enough memory to complete this
operation. I also have xp installed on a virtual pc program virtual box how
ever it dosen't work inxp either does any body know how to fix this ?
