Blue screen Error messages

" windows has encountered an error and will shut down" 0x0008086 (0x00000000,
0x0000000, 0x0000000). The message will probably come on after typing this. I
cant even enjoy my new laptop because of this. Help!!!

A good place to start addressing this problem is to review a Vista error
report for information about this: Start > All Programs > Maintenance >
Problem Reports and Solutions. Peruse the report for errors recorded and
corrective action recommended.
