Bug with Wacom Tablet, MS Journal, Two Monitors

I have the following setup:
* Vista Home Premium
* Wacom Intuos3 9x12 tablet
* Dell XPS 410 with two monitors and nVidia card

When both monitors are active, the selection tool in Windows Journal selects
to the left of the pen. The distance between the selection and the pen tip
increases as I move to the right. I cannot select text towards the right
edge of the Journal.

When I turn off one of the monitors, the selection tool works perfectly.

I contacted Wacom. They appear to be aware of this issue and hope for a fix
from Microsoft.

I wonder if anyone else experiences this problem? Is this a good place to
post a bug report that Microsoft will see?
