Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba v5.10.04

I just bought a USB 2.0 BT dongle that comes with captioned stack. Can
someone advise me where can I find the user guide for using it.

Check with the vendor (or manufacturer) of the dongle.

Both do not provide any user guide. It seems it is common in this field.
