The reason I ask I'd that my friend and I both got one, mine has a Nvidia 560 ti, and his has Dual Nvidia 460's. So if the both have the same mother board I should be able to buy another Nvidua 560 ti and have dual also right??

Re: Do all Aurora R3 computers have the same motherboard?
Don't know, Those are semi-custom systems (ie; you can only chose certain options in the build.) And it stands to reason they may put different mainboards in depending on the other options you choose.

If you want to know whether the system can handle another video card, download and run SIW, that will tell you which mainboard is installed and you can then get the specs for it.
