Vista f8 key takes me to "OTHER USER" screen
I have did factory restore image on my dell inspiron 530 desktop computer where it does a full restore to factory settings before with f8 key. But this is the first time I have encountered problems with f8. I press f8 and I go to Repair Your computer and it takes me to this "Other User" blue screen page. I don't have another other user accounts that are activated on my computer. I am running the computer as administrator but I dont know why it doesn't take me to the screen where I can restore my pc. I;ve googled this problem and so far there hasnt been a solution to it. I've tried disabling my UAC and that didnt work. I did a SFC scan to scan corrputed files and that didnt work. PLEASE HELP ME. I want to restore my pc to factory settings.
