ADS Instant HDTV PCI - This device can not start (Code 10)
With the Blue tooth device it sees it as new hardware but the software will not load.
Have also run SFC/ scannow through command prompt. The results were that there were corrupt windows files but it couldn't fix them.
Endeavoured to view the log at windows/logs/cbs/cbs.log but it denied access.
I did not have a restore point on the system so I can not use restore.
Any suggestions apart from reloading Vista?
Further to the above, I was able to fix the problem by running a registry cleaning tool. uninstalling and reinstalling software for ADS Instant HDTV PCI. (Note that code 10 error remained at this stage) and then reinstalling sevice pack 2. After installation the problem was resolved.
