memory card reader

i have a sandisk sddr-103 memory card reader and vista doesnt have drivers
for it.

has anyone gotten this to work?

Sandisk have them on their website AFAIK.

ok, i've gotten it to work, as in the light lights up.

but no removable disk when i put a memory card in. it says driver is too old
to install. any ideas?
