No Audio Output Device Installed !Please Help!

a week ago i logged onto the computer only to find i have no audio
i have deleted and reinstalled the realtek driver and i have downloaded various software programs to help solve driver issues and nothing has fixed it
when i go into control panel device manager i do not have a section for sound or gaming control anymore some how it all got wiped out
please someone help me fix this problem!
also if anyone knows how to fix the teredo tunneling pseudo-interface mine stopped working and now i have to reboot my computer everytime to log onto the interenet i would so appreciate help!
