Integral 4Gb ENVOY plus USB Flash drive Vista Business Drivers

Hi all,

I have just purchased a Integral 4Gb ENVOYplus USB memory stick flash
drive and plugged it into my Vista Business machine. Obviously doesn't
work cant find the driver anyways I emailed their support where I got
and incompetent Idiot to deal with me telling me that Vista has
drivers for it... Obviously mine doesnt I asked him for the drivers in
4 emails he was going on with instructions that were for XP totaly
incompetent.

Does anyone have this memory stick and drivers for it by any chance?

The idiot is correct. If your Vista can't find the drivers then you
most likely have a corrupted cache file: C:\windows\inf\INFCACHE.1

The workaround is to delete that file, but first you need to edit its
file permissions to grant Full Control to the Users group. You won't
be allowed to delete it until you do.

found your thread on google search. Worked on my PC and now recognises
anything I plug into my USB drive and finds the drivers no problem. Had
this nearly new sony viao given to me with a DIY Vista upgrade
installed, previous owner was fed up with nothing working.....all works
fine now!!! Thanks
