Kingali's option 1 have worked for me. I had more problems with
installing Mustek scanner on XP.

Vista report's me:
Your scanner is not compatible with this version of Windows.
Mustek System Inc. doesn't plan to offer updates for your scanner to
solve this problem.

So, I try with option 1, and it works. No driver, only installer
tricking.
