Change processor with OEM licence

Hi,

I currently have Windows Vista Home Premium installed on my PC. I just came
across a cheap processor that fits my motherboard.
Can I upgrade to that processor without problem?
I know its a problem when replacing the motherboard but thats not the case
here.

Anyone know this?
