WMDC / HTC Artemis

Sort the issue with WMDC and the htc ARTEMIS which fails to connect.,

Sort out the issue of WMP knocking out the Windows Mobile Device driver.
When all instances of wmplayer are manually stopped in task manager the
device is allowed to connect and sync. When left alone WMPlayer disconnects
hardware.

This is on an Acer Ferrari 4002wmli running Vista HP 32 with all updates
installed - although I am not sure of the relevance of the make/model.
