Problem with TSST corp DVD+ -RW TS-L632D ATA Device

when I put a CD or DVD in DVD-Rom drive , it automatic eject and the eye if
DVD-Rom always move up and down . I can close this device until I turn off
laptop . I'm using Dell 640m . Please help me . Thanks

Hi,

Sounds like the drive is mechanically defective. You may need to have it
replaced.
