lcd's -- criteria to choose
which feature is more important: contrast ratio, or pixel pitch?

pixel pitch=.258 mm, contrast = 1000:1

vs.

pixel pitch =.282, contrast =3000:1

which would you choose?

thanks,

Re: lcd's -- criteria to choose
If this is a large screen that you will be viewing video on or playing
highly detailed games - then I would go with the higher contrast version.
If you're doing video editing, Photshop or other graphics work that requires
zooming in to work on details then I would go for the pixel pitch. But both
of those specs are only part of what you need to consider. Tom's Hardware
www.tomshardware.com is one site you can read reviews but the best method is
to see the screens live so you can view how they work under various
conditions. This would be especially true if these are high-end monitors so
you don't make a decision you'll regret.

If you post the models you're considering you may get some replies from
those that already own them.
