Windows CE USB Devices driver issue

I am experiencing issue with my windows mobile 6.1 phone while trying to
connect to vista, I remembered that it was working a while ago.

but now whenever I connect my phone to my pc, it start installing 'Windows
CE USB Devices' driver and failed to find any suitable driver for it.

does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
