Error Code 10

Have A Dell Laptop Running Vista Home Dvd/cdrom Stopped Working In
Device Manager It Has The ! And It Does Not Show In My Computer When
Googled This Seems To Be A Pretty Common Problem I Tried To Update
Drivers It Says Drivers Are Latest Available Can Anyone Help Thanks
