Virtual mic

Is there a program that can act as a virtual microphone? (That is,
that creates a dummy mic device and that takes an input audio file to
put it as an input signal?)

What exactly are you trying to do with the audio file that you are going to
input and what is it's source and file format? With this information we may
be able to help you more.

What are you trying to do? Record what you are hearing?

I'd like to be able to use Tunatic with some songs...

The wikipedia entry suggests that you don't need this.
