Re: Vista 64 recognizes 4Gb but only uses 3Gb!!
Check your BIOS settings for something like Memory Mapping and make sure its
enabled. The option name is not always the same, but the feature allows the
system to remap memory around any memory in use by physical devices, like a
video card.
