check device manager, if the icon is there or not. If not there then
perform the following steps:

1. Check the BIOS to see if the drive gets detected.
2. Re-seat the drive once if not detected

If the drive is getting detected and it has a ! or a ? on it. Then
perform the following steps:

1. Right click uninstall & then restart the system
2. Download & run the following file: http://gur.in/registry/cdgone.reg
