A page fault means that an application or driver is tryng to execute an
instruction in a read or write only data area, it has nothng to do with
programs being swapped out to a paging file.
You might try System File Restore in case one of your Program files got
corrupted,
But most likely you are trying to run an application that has not been
checked out for Vista and most likely it is a driver that is designed for XP
and not updated for Vista.
