Memory Problems

Alright so I have been having problems playing some of the games I have,
IE Age of Conan and City of Villains. Now CoV right now has been
continually freezing, going to a black screen and just freezing making
me have to restart manually. I have absolutely no clue why this is
happening. I started to play Age of Conan because of this, and got an
error saying "Out of Memory". I am assuming this is the problem I am
having. I checked out dxdiag and the memory it says I have is 4GB, and
for some reason my Video Card is taking up 2143 MB(758 MB Video Card).

NVidia GeForce 8800 GTX 758 MB

Anymore info just tell me.
