Microsoft Sam on Vista

Just wondering if its possible to get microsoft sam on the text to speech
tool or if anyone knows where I can find one that is an online based text to
speech with microsoft sams voice on it. I preferably want a website which you
can save the voice clips you have made onto your computer.

No, I think Microsoft Anna has replaced Sam.
