Auto open of drive F when empty

I have a notebook with combo DVD/CD. Since installing SP1, every time I open
lid to wake computer from sleep, Windows Explore auto opens and displays the
contents of CD Drive (F

, Audio CD. The only content is a 44 byte read-only
file named Track 00. There is no CD inserted in the device.

I dont even remember a drive F existing before I installed SP1 (I only
remember the D drive which is still there). I cant find a way to delete the
"Track 00" file (no delete option presents when I right click)
