Help! My whole taskbar is gone. All I have is the "My Documents" Folder!

Here is my desktop: Whole taskbar gone, All I have is the documents. I
need the taskbar for many diffrent things. and no i did not erase it. I
dont have it! Help!
Im using Vista Home Premium!!

Hopefully you can fix it using the settings available in
ControlPanel/Taskbar...
