bluetooth driver is not loaded every time

Sometimes when i start mt laptop bluetoth icon shows up at notification area
and bluetooth is working just fine. But sometimesw it's not showing up there
and of course bluetooth functionality i not there either.
Only way to get it back is to restart computer.
Any ideas?

Is Bluetooth in to your laptop or are you using as USB Bluetooth dongle?
Does it show up in device manager when it is not working?
