Bluetooth and Desktop

Motorola Bluetooth

Can you link a Motorola HS850 Bluetooth device to your computer and use it
like you would as if using a Palm Treo 755? I am trying to "pair" the
bluetooth device to my computer in hopes of using my computer as my phone at
times. Is this possible? If so, how do you accomplish this? Thanks.
