keyboard problem

i have to hold down the fn button and hit the letter i need or else the
keyboard wont work can i reset it? antone know how to solve this? thank you

No gurrantee, this might help :
Control Panel>Classic View>Ease of Access>scroll down, click Make the
Keyboard easier to use>click Set Up Filter Keys> "dot" Turn on repeat
keys and slow keys>click Set up repeat keys and slow keys> "dot" Slow
down keynoard repeat rates, under HOW LONG headings, set the time on
each , click APPLY/SAVE.
Now see if you can use the keyboard normally. Let me know. Thank you.
