Issues with Epson CX6600 multifunction

Anyone else had problems printing with Epson Printers in Vista.
I dual boot, XP and Vista Premium, However in Vista Premium if i do a high
quality print I end up with splodges on the page and the ink running down the
page, Yet in XP no issues perfect printing everytime, I assume a driver issue
and that the drivers are not telling the printer to ink and pass at the
correct frequency?
