Flash Drive

I have several USB Flash Drives from USB1.0 to USB 2.0. I didn't have
problem while using XP. I upgraded to Vista Home Premium and I couldn't
read all the USB2.0 Flash Drives. It hung while "installing devices". I
even bought some new flash drives and they didn't work either but they were
okay with my XP laptop. Please help how I can fix the problem?
