MS Keyboard issues

Hi there,

We have a MS Wireless Multimedia KB with version 6.2 Pro software I can get
all the top buttons to work except the Volume buttons, oddly some times at
start
up only the volume button works all the other keys won't but this happens
rarely.

If I disable the HID service and then reboot and restart it I can get it to
work
but then all the other buttons don't work.

Anyone know what is happening here.

MS Vista Home Premium SP1.
