ITE smartguardian runtime error 48 itevio.dll

I have a DFI Motherboard which uses ITE SmartGuardian to report CPU temps
and voltages. When I start it up I get "runtime error 48" and itevio.dll
not found. I've put this file in system32/drivers and still no help.

Anyone else have an idea?
